Summary: 

• Sing Holdings Residential Pte. Ltd. and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd. (JV) have been awarded a second land parcel at Chuan Grove by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on September 10, 2025.

• The JV now holds two adjacent land parcels at Chuan Grove, with each parcel awarded on July 17 and September 10, 2025, respectively.

• Plans are in place to amalgamate both parcels for a single residential development of approximately 1,055 units across five blocks (up to 27 storeys) with communal facilities, subject to approvals.

• Total purchase price for both parcels: S$1,327,510,000, equating to about S$1,355 per square foot of total gross floor area (91,038 sq m / 979,924 sq ft).
