Summary:

• China Kunda’s wholly owned unit Kunda Plastic Electronic (Shenzhen) and Shenzhen Yidaoshun Biotechnology have incorporated a JV in Shenzhen, Xiao Xiang Quan Technology Company Limited, with registered capital of RMB2 million.

• Kunda Shenzhen will own 51% of the JV and Yidaoshun 49%, targeting electrolysed functional drinking water and sanitizer products as part of China Kunda’s move into the water treatment business.

• The JV will be funded from internal resources and is not expected to have a material impact on group NTA or EPS for the year ending 31 March 2026.

• No directors or substantial shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in the JV beyond their shareholdings in China Kunda.
