CFM Holdings warns of HY2026 loss after tax on broad-based revenue decline across key segments
Summary:
-
CFM Holdings expects to report a loss after tax for the six months ended 31 December 2025 (HY2026), reversing a net profit after tax in HY2025.
-
The downturn is driven by lower revenue in metal stamping, tooling and cleanroom products due to customer overstocking, end-of-life product transitions, maturing customer contracts and the impact of U.S. tariff policies.
-
The Group notes that, despite lower operational and finance costs, the revenue shortfall is sufficient to push the bottom line into loss for the period.
-
Unaudited HY2026 results will be released on or before 14 February 2026, and shareholders are advised to exercise caution and seek professional advice when dealing in the company’s shares.
