•⁠ ⁠Western Growth: This North American platform will deepen their relationships with major global game publishers and developers.
•⁠ Growth Strategy: The deal is expected to be accretive to revenue in FY2026. To incentivize long-term growth, the Company may issue up to 35 million additional shares contingent on achieving a cumulative adjusted EBITDA of US$33 million between 2026 and 2031.
