We note that Dr. Tan Kok Heng, Chairman of Lincotrade & Associates Holdings Limited, has increased his shareholding in the Company through a market transaction.
On 10 April 2026, Dr. Tan acquired 4,900 ordinary shares at a price of S$0.305 per share, bringing his total direct interest to 164,900 shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company’s total issued shares.
