Winking Studios has completed a further purchase of 50,500 ordinary shares pursuant to its ongoing share buy-back programme.

The shares were acquired through market purchases at an average price of S$0.21752 per share, for a total consideration of S$11,019.36. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 353,000 shares.

The continued execution of the share buy-back programme reflects the Company's disciplined approach to capital management and its commitment to creating sustainable long-term value for shareholders.
