Reclaims Global has commenced a share buyback and purchased 905,500 ordinary shares on 28 Jul 2026 pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.

The shares were acquired through market purchases from S$0.21 to S$0.215 per share, for a total consideration of S$192,904.34. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 2,903,200 shares, representing approximately 0.97% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
