Soilbuild Construction Marks 50th Anniversary with Record Net Profit of S$35.6 Million in 1HFY2026; Interim Dividend of 1.6 Cents per Share Declared

• Revenue increased 6.5% to S$290.6 million in 1HFY2026, supported by steady progress across the Group’s construction projects.

• Gross profit rose 21.0% to S$52.7 million in 1HFY2026, with gross profit margin improving to 18.1% (1HFY2025: 16.0%).

• Net profit increased 25.8% to S$35.6 million in 1HFY2026.

• Generated S$56.5 million of net cash from operating activities during 1HFY2026, reflecting continued disciplined working capital management.

• Balance sheet remained resilient with cash and cash equivalents of S$185.2 million and net assets of S$159.6 million as at 30 June 2026.

• Order book remains healthy at approximately S$800 million, with the Group remaining focused on pursuing tenders that strengthen its revenue visibility and support margin resilience.

• Interim dividend of 1.6 cents per share declared for 1HFY2026, representing a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%.

Commenting on 1HFY2026 financial performance, Mr Lim Han Ren, Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: “2026 marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our Group. These values continue to underpin our success today, as reflected in our strong first-half FY2026 performance, driven by the successful execution of our project pipeline, disciplined cost management, and the dedication of our team across our Construction and Precast & Prefabrication businesses.

Backed by a healthy order book of approximately S$800 million and supported by Singapore’s resilient construction sector, we remain focused on delivering our projects safely and efficiently while pursuing quality opportunities that support our margin resilience and further extent our 50-year track record ahead.”

On the interim dividend declared, Mr Lim added: “Our continued improvement in financial performance has enabled us to consistently reward shareholders through dividends. This reflects the Board's confidence in the Group's financial strength and cash generation capabilities, while maintaining the flexibility to invest in future growth ahead. The interim dividend declared for 1HFY2026 is 1.6 cents per share, amounting to a total of approximately S$10.6 million as compared to the interim dividend declared for 1HFY2025 of 2.0 cents per share (pre-share split), amounting to a total of approximately S$3.3 million.”
