Winking Studios has completed a further purchase of 92,500 ordinary shares pursuant to its ongoing share buyback programme on 17 August 2026.

The shares were acquired through market purchases at S$0.21 per share, for a total consideration of S$19,486.19. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 757,100 shares, representing approximately 0.17% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
