Reclaims Global Continues Share Buyback on 14 Sep @ S$0.21 - S$0.215 per share
Reclaims Global has commenced a share buyback and purchased 1,714,500 ordinary shares on 14 Sep 2026 pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.
The shares were acquired through market purchases between S$0.21 - S$0.215 per share, for a total consideration of S$366,735.76. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 6,200,000 shares, representing approximately 2.05% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
