Mr Shen acquired 50,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of S$9,951.50, representing an implied average acquisition price of approximately S$0.199 per share. The shares were acquired via a market transaction. 

Following the transaction, Mr Shen’s direct interest increased from 540,000 shares to 590,000 shares, representing an increase from 0.20% to 0.22% of Skylink’s issued shares. 

In addition, Mr Shen continues to have a deemed interest in 165,765,555 shares, arising from his 60% shareholding in PM Capital Pte. Ltd. Following the latest acquisition, his total interest in Skylink increased to 166,355,555 shares, or 62.91%. 

The latest transaction represents a further increase in Mr Shen’s personal investment in Skylink Holdings Limited through open-market purchases.
