Lincotrade has purchased an additional 50,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 30 September 2026 at S$0.27 per share, for a total consideration of S$13,579.84, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 1,266,000 shares, representing approximately 0.736% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All shares acquired under the current mandate have been retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 1,266,000 shares.
