Winking Studios: Further Share Buy-Back @ S$0.20 per Share on 6 October 2026
Winking Studios Limited has undertaken a further share buy-back, acquiring 23,300 ordinary shares through a market acquisition on 6 October 2026 at S$0.20 per share.
The shares were acquired for a total consideration of S$4,686.86, including stamp duties, clearing charges and other transaction costs, and will be held as treasury shares.
Following the latest transaction, Winking Studios has cumulatively repurchased 2,192,900 shares under its current share buy-back mandate, representing approximately 0.50% of the Company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.
The latest purchase brings the Company’s total treasury shares to 2,192,900 shares, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stood at 439,745,218 shares following the transaction.
The transaction forms part of Winking Studios’ ongoing share buy-back activities under its mandate commencing on 30 April 2026.
